SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND PRICING (MADE-TO-ORDER)

  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our artworks as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate.
  • Custom Production: As stated in our Refund Policy, our products are made-to-order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the product is being prepared specifically for you.
  • Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as payment gateways or tracking services). We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

SECTION 6 – USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or reviews, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them. We are under no obligation to pay compensation for any comments.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
